Dear Prospective Rushees,

On behalf of the men of Phi Kappa Sigma, we extend a cordial invitation to explore our Greek System. Purdue has one of the largest fraternity systems in the world, and the Alpha Xi chapter of Phi Kappa Sigma is one of the oldest and most distinguished Greek letter societies on campus. In addition to the outstanding academic environment provided by the University, fraternity life can provide unique educational and social opportunities.

A fraternal affiliation can enhance your ability to meet people with a wide range of diversity and backgrounds, and allow you to form friendships that will last a lifetime. We realize that the primary reason we are here is to obtain an education that will prepare us for the years ahead. With that in mind, study facilities are maintained, group study conditions utilized, scholarships awarded, and programs designed to guide brothers to a successful first year are implemented. The basic aim is to provide an environment based on sound scholastic practices that are well integrated with social and fraternal activities. We hope that you explore Phi Kappa Sigma and the Greek System at Purdue and wish you the best no matter where your decisions take you.
